Cancellations

If you have to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 12 hours advance notice. Otherwise you will be charged the full price for the session.

*Illness/colds, and life emergencies are an exception: please contact me in advance if the pertains to you.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Hopefully you will be in contact with me if you are arriving late. Late arrivals do not have an extension on time. The session will end at the scheduled time and full payment is due.

If your scheduled appointment time has arrived and you have not....

1st: I will wait for you (if you have previously informed me you will be late)

2nd: I will contact you to check in

3rd: If contact is not reached, I wait 15 minutes. If no contact is established, then the appointment is considered a "no-show. "No-shows" have a $50 fee charged to the client.
